[Resolved] Citibank — Wrong amount dispatched from citibank atm

We provided the request to withdraw an amount of ₹ 5500 from citibank atm - brookfield mall ' banglore (Atm id 7001). But we have received only an amount of ₹ 4600 with 4 notes of 1000 denomination, one ₹100 note and one ₹ 500 note.

So we got 100 note instead of 1000 note.

We are the holders of icici bank account and withdrew amount from citibank atm

Please take the necessary action to refund my ₹ 900.

Updated by Lakshmi doosani After lodging the above complaint, I am getting calls from different different numbers saying that they are from City bank customer care. And they are asking for ATM card number and Valid through date and CVV number. These are very confidential details, any one can make transactions with these details. How should I make sure that these calls are from city bank customer care and why should I provide those confidential ATM card details ?
