Citibank — Wrong payment debiited under Card No.[protected] issued to me. | |
This is to inform you that I have not made any payment by using Citi Bank Credit Card NO.[protected] on 16/06/2015 to Vodafone for Rs.1500/- and Rs.5070/- on 19/06/2015 I have got the message on my mobile number that I have made payment through my credit card which I have not made.
Please check and rectify the payment and give the reverse entry for the said payment which I have not made.
