Citibank — Yet to provide credit card after one month of document collection | |||||
After numerous persuasive and irritating calls at my office desk by Citibank credit card agents, I agreed to apply for the card. They collected the documents very next day. I got a single text message from Citibank in the next few days confirming my application. I was very busy with some work for the first couple of weeks, so wasn't that much bothered with no response from their side. At the end of two weeks, I called up the customer service and they informed that it was still in the Document Collection phase. After numerous calls and emails they collected the documents again. However, after a month now it's status is still showing the same in their online portal. Now they are telling me stories about how the Chennai flood has delayed their process among other things. This is serious injustice to me. I hope nobody applies for credit card from Citibank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
