Citrus Pay — Haven't received the cash back | |||||
Hello Team, What is the status of the below ticket ? Its been a month, still it is not resolved. I am really very disappointed with Vikram Palande (Citrus Support Team) person. I would like to give Negative (-0) rating for this person. How the ticket has been closed ? What is the solution provided ? Still i haven't received any cash back into my account. I want ticket to be re-opened, Without any resolution, without any proper contact to the customer, how you guys can close the ticket ? I am not going to use Citrus pay again. Neither i am going to refer it to my friends. Issue: On 20th September 2015 i have done a payment in shopclues through Citruspay.in for an amount of Rs.257. At that moment offer is going on in Citruspay.in, Cashback will be provided for 100% of transaction value, upto Rs. 100, whichever is lower.
