Please note that I made a payment for Rs.1311.00 through Citrus Pay to MTS Wifi MBlaze for my Postpaid connection No.[protected] on 16.11.2015 which has not been paid to the company to date. The amount has been deducted from my bank account at IOB. I wish to request refund of the same. Please do the needful.
