Please note that transaction: CTX[protected] for 445.88 INR has failed at our end. In case the amount is deducted from your account it would be refunded to your account (debit card ending: 3735) within 7-10 working days.

Did not get my money back

The customer care have told me that the money that i have withdrawn from my citrus wallet will be delivered in my account in 4 days but it's been 3 weeks from now and i haven't got my money back..please refer to this message or complaint otherwise i have to take legal actions for this.
