City Survey Office, Nagpur — Delay in mutation name at city survey office

I have the application for mutation name at city survey office to update my name on my house. But till date i have not received any update from the city survey office nor they are providing any information where the process is stuck. I want to know how to deal with this situation .Do i need to file any RTI against them . Kindly suggest.

i have applied for mutation along with copy of sale deed in the month of june 2015 but till the date mutation is not effected nor there is any correspondence from the office No. 3
