[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Never dealing with Clay ever again! | |||
I opted for a clay sim card for UK for 10 days. They gave me an excellent super saver plan and told me that for my usage their basic plan was the best! Well, this experience with Clay totally opened my eyes specially when i knew out of the 10 days, i had used my phone for 5 and was billed for calls on the 6th till the 10th as well, while i was trekking where there were no signals! On calling the guy who sold the connection to me and telling him of the fraud billed on my number, he said i must have used it else how wud they have picked up the seconds!! It has taken me more than 6 months to get this sorted and get a refund of 5k on my total bill of 8k!! Never dealing with Clay ever again! Was this information helpful? | |||
