[Resolved]  Clay Telecom — Pathetic services of clay

I've been dealing with clay sim cards for the past 3 weeks about getting my refund for an excess charge of rs 12890/- on my credit card for their sim card i used in london. 4 times i called clay’s customer service for an update on the refund and all those 4 times they’ve had a standard response where they tell me i need to wait 72 hours for the refund to reflect on the card. Well here i am. Unresolved!! I am just waiting for my refund post which i am never going to recommend their services to anyone.
