[Resolved]  Clear Car Rental — Service failure and no refund

I have booked a car from Clear Car Rental (service provider) having its registered office at Clear Car Rental Pvt. Ltd. Plot No 265, 1st Floor, Samarth Nagar, Near Bhaskara Agencies, Aurangabad-431001.Maharashtra, INDIA.. Phone: [protected], Email: [protected]@clearcarrental.com.

The booking was from 28.05.2014 to 1.06.2014 for outstation trip from Chennai to Pondichery to Chennai under booking reference No. CRN No : MC00033611. As per the commitment of the service provider if there was any difficulty with the car or the driver, they will change the same immediately so that the guest did not face difficulties.

The driver provided to my guest was drunk and the same was informed to the service provider various time on phone on 29.05.2014, but was not replaced. My guest continued till Pondichery with the same driver but he started miss behaving and thus our guest had to leave him on 29.05.2014 in Pondichery and they had to take another taxi at Pondichery. In returning the same was informed to the service provider and was asked to refund but they refused.

It was even bad that my guest had to face lots of trouble throught the journey because of the commitment failor of Clear Car Rentals.

Thus I would request you to take serious action against them and get my refund.
