[Resolved] Clear Trip — Fake reservations by Clear Trip | |||
Clearly clear trip is the worst experience I ever had. I had booked a hotel 2 weeks in advance with payment. I called cleartrip twice to double check if the hotel is confirmed. Cleartrip confirmed by booking with full confidence. When I reached the hotel at 9PM, I learnt that there was no booking made by cleartrip. I along with my family were stranded in a remote place at night. It was he heavily raining. No transports available. :( For 2 hours I tried calling the cleartrip customer care with no luck. I was put on hold many times with no response. I spoke with almost 10 customer care executives. Nobody responded properly. Most of the times I was put on hold. Till date I haven't received any refund or response from cleartrip. That night was our worst nightmare. I will suggest every online user not to book hotels from cleartrip. I will spread this message in as many forums as possible. For the trauma that has been caused to me and my family, I will sue the company in a consumer court.
