Cleartrip — 100% money taken but no confirmation | |||||
Cleartrip booked a hotel for me and also send me a confirmation voucher however the hotel and room was not confirmed by the provider ZO Rooms. ZO rooms says availability problem and clear trip says hotel dont have room. In between I am trying calling all across for the last 3-4 hours and it has been painful experience. Not sure if one agent should be allowed to advertise in another agents portal. I understood I have paid money to cleartrip but does not saw any accountibility from them. I blocked my money in between and am not sure what will happen. Also, the complete long weekend plan was spoit by cleartrip. Was this information helpful? | |||||
