[Resolved] Cleartrip — Air ticket refund | |||
Trip ID : [protected] I have booked an ticket for international travel, when I tried to rescheduled clear trip wash their hands and said that need to contact airways. I done that, now I had cancelled an air ticket through airline, now the refund amount is initiated by airline but clear trip is asking so me the NCO from airline. Even I have given TRIP ID, PNR & E-Ticket they are asking me to sent hard copy which airline has to provide me. Really I don't understand only getting commission for ticket booking & cancellation, nothing from clear trip for end user. It is pathetic and panic.
