Cleartrip — Amount deducted from account Ticket not booked

Yesterday (20.07.2015) we have booked one ticket in your clear trip in the name of Mrs, Rupali Ravella from Hyderabad to Vijayawada. The payment has deducted from our bank account but ticket not conformed, then and there we have received a call from your end, they also confirmed the payment not credited to your account. now i request you to kindly return the money if it is credited in your account for Rs. 6568/- (from sbi, labbipet br, vijayawada) Regards K.
