Cleartrip — Amount deducted from wallet but hotel not booked due to app crash | |||||
On 12th june 2016 at 19:32 with paytm wallet details as : paid for ordercleartrip :travel service order #46897648paytm cash txn id [protected] [protected], 07:32:14 pm I tried booking a room in hotel park inn(Kolkata) through cleartrip app for 2 days with email id: [protected]@gmail.com in name of " mr. Vinay kumar srivastava" for dates[protected] to[protected] using paytm wallet.As soon as processing page was loading, the cleartrip app got crashed n transaction from paytm wallet was successful but no trip was booked in cleartrip. Their 24*7 customer care can't be reached on any of the numbers. This is pathetic that i cant even reach them for the issue anyhow. I need my money back ! Was this information helpful? | |||||
