we have booked a flight from bangalore to goa tr id[protected], bank reference number-[protected].transaction amount-18760, mail id-sasikumar.[protected]@rediffmail.com. The transaction has been successful but the booking id has been cancelled. We spoke wit the customer care executive regarding the same... They said that it will be reversed within 48 hours.But till now the amount has not been credited to my account. Just now spoke with the customer care executive they said that it has been reversed on[protected], but the amount was not credited to my account ...Kindly do the needful...
