Its beeen more than 2 years i have not received full refund of my tickets with cleartrip .. Received only 1080 AED out of 3960 AED.....

Flight was cancelled March 2020. I have been informed that I could obtain a refund but still I wait. I assume that you have no intention of paying this but still.

As per your mail I have checked with my bank I didn't receive any refund on Apr 05 2021. Please mail me the details of the bank in which you have refunded the amount. I have checked with my bank and I didn't receive the refund. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Please send the transaction details.I had used my credit card for booking so I have checked with the bank in which my credit card is linked to and there is no such fund credited...

I had purchased on 18 March 2021, flight tickets for five persons (details in attached files) with my HDFC Credit card, through Cleartrip.com which were confirmed all through.
Subsequently, due to Covid-19 restrictions I had to cancel these tickets on 22 April 2021. The cancellation has been confirmed through email from the Airline (INDIGO) and refund notified.
I have not yet received the refund amounts.

This refers to my Tip id[protected] from Dharmsala to Delhi BY SQ 2779 & Delhi to Mumbai by SQ 8709 for 15th April booked for my wife Geeta Ajit. My credit Card was charges on 14th March for RS 8217 for a 15th April trip . I got a messge immedetly that teh trip has been cancelled and I will get a refund . From 15th March 21 to 22nd May 21 I have still not got my refund. I think it is a fraud organisation...

This is with reference to my Cleartrip ID:[protected] and PNR: 5TSZLJ where my flight is Rescheduled without taking my Concern. Also while I am going to Cancel it by clicking the link provided in the mail every time it's showing "Invalid OTP" error in spite of giving the right OTP within 1 minute. Also I have called the Customer Care but the executive hesitate to Cancel my Ticket and further told me that some other executive will call me...

Trip ID[protected]. Airline has refunded the amount. There is no response from Cleartrip on refunding the amount. Website is pathetic does not list any contact number nor easy way to track status of refunds....

This transaction failed on Cleartrip website but the money was credited to their company and deducted from my bank. The bank will not refund as the funds was accepted by Cleartrip.

My trip ID[protected] FOR dubai-mumbai flight on 27th march 2021 - my flight was cancelled by airlines on 4th march 2021 - i contacted airlines for refund and they replied that cleartrip has already been notified for full refund. since then i am contacting cleartrip on call center and emails but received no response for refund still. they earlier said it will take 3-5 days then said 7-10 days then said 45 working days which is also over...

My name is Bisma zargar and I had booked a flight with cleartrip ID[protected], it was confirmed to me on call that AED 606 will be refunded to me, however till date, I didn't receive anything, Further, whenever I try to call the customer care, they put me on hold and then disconnect.

Please look into the matter o otherwise I will be bound to take derogatory action

My AirIndia flight has been cancelled due to COVID pandemic. Airindia has given refund for the same also but Cleartrip is not processing the same nor they are having any information about the ticket status. Every time I need to take follow-up between AirIndia, SmartBuy and Cleartrip.
Now Cleartrip Customer support numbers are also not reachable. I need my refund back....

I have booked a flight ticket through Cleartrip, for GoAir with PNR - G9UDKT for date 17-May-21. I paid an additional amount of 229 for Flexifly, by which I can change travel date twice (Screenshot attached). I am one of the troubled customers. Ticket was booked in March2020 for travel in May 2020. But due to covid all flights were canceled by the airline. Hence I was entitled for full refund, which I have yet not received. The ticket was booked through cleartrip ( trip id:[protected] the airlines was AirAsia (PNR : T57NHD).

The agent says airlines has not given refund and the airlines is stating refund is given to the agent...

My trip ID was[protected].After cancellation of my flight I have lodged request to Cleartrip customer care for refund on 12th April, 2021.On 13th April they replied me that within 5-7 working days the refund amount will be credited to my bank account.But till now, after 12 days I have not received any refund amount from them...

I booked 2 tickets from iMobile ICICI baking app. The tickets were booked by Cleartrip.

Now the that trip was cancelled by airline (GoAir) and they have initiated refund for the same. The refund was initiated since 1st April but I haven't got refund amount credited in my account.
