PATHETIC SERVICE. CUSTOMER HARRASSMENT IS THEIR FORTE..
I had booked my RNA flight and rescheduled my RNA flight from 1ST MARCH 2021 KATHMANDU to DELHI to 12th MARCH 2021. CLEARTRIP has not yet updated their system. Due to which my refund amount shows 0. I had booked a round trip ticket to Trivandrum-Delhi-Trivandrum through Clear trip. But due to some reason Indigo had cancelled the return flight from Delhi-Trivandrum (6E-2113). I also go the ticked cancelled through Indigo and they provided me with a credit note. But I have still not received the amount credit to my account from M/s ClearTrip. Attached here with copy of Credit note received from Indigo and copy of Ticket.

I have booked my flight from Delhi to Bagdogra return ticket for whole family but due to lockdown on 23 Marc 2020 flight hot cancelled and we could not travel. Trip ID is [protected] for our booking. I requested for refund and cleartrip gave me Rs 2 as refund amount . Now if government force lockdown I can't travel and need my amount of already 28200 back from cleartrip.

I had booked a flight (Wizz Air) from Dubai to Budapest with cleartrip. I rescheduled the trip to a later date and cancelled the trip. The airlines had processed my refund. I spoke to cleartrip customer care on phone and they said the money will be refunded within a couple of days.

Total of 4811 rs refund has not been given by Clear Trip even raising multiple complaint It seems clear trip is cheating, Flight was book on April 2020 but because of covid flight was cancelled and refund amount has not been transferred yet, I raised aprox 10 complaint...

I have booked a ticket on December 2019 for the date of travel on may 9 and due to pandemic the flight has been canceled. Since then I have been following up with Cleartrip and received no response....

I had cancel a flight ticket of goair flight PNR NO- M9K6XW, goair refund the amount to clear trip travel agency on dated 04.02.2021.But clear trip travel agency is not refund the amount in my account till date....

We have raised refund request for refund for PNR/Reference number EGW6RC travel date 19th March 2020 from New Delhi to Hyderabad. The flight did not operate due to pandemic and lockdown.
It is disappointing to see poor or no response from Clear Trip in this regard. From past one year we have been waiting for the refund. We are fed up and now request you to refund the full amount and no alternative of booking tickets...

I had booked Indigo flight ticket through cleartrip which was cancelled for 25th March, 2020. I had contacted the airlines and had processed the refund back in December, 2020. However, there has been no reply from the travel agency side. I would like you to give the refund as soon as possible.

Trip ID[protected] Travel date - 6th March 2021 for 2 passengers from Lucknow to Bangalore with AirIndia Flight PNR- h46sj.
Above ticket was cancelled within 24 hours of booking and i was confirmed from Cleartrip over the call for full amount refund. Same remarks was mentioned on Cleartrip portal by Cleartrip executive Pooja on 11th Jan 2021.

Cleartrip has refunded only Rs 522 and not the full refund as promised....

I have booked one flight from Cleartrip with Trip ID:[protected] & PNR: YY6V0 from New delhi to Dharamshala on dated 10 Jan, 2021. But due to bad weather the airline by themself cancelled this trip and they have cancelled the trip at the airport for all passengers on the same day. Dated: 10 Jan, 2021.

24days before i booked one airline ticket in cleartrip, same time deducted the cash from my account, but ticket not confirm, til know this cash is not refunded, i called and senting mail also, but they are not respond....

Indigo has already processed the refund and Cleartrip has the money. But they have not refunded the money to me. They have been scamming customers by keeping the money themselves.

DO NOT book through amazonpay (partner of cleartrip) and use makemytrip instead....
