@cleartrip I am absolutely appalled at the way you have abused my mental health, time and trust over the last 1 week. We have been trying to convert my fathers business class ticket with @turkishairlines to an OPEN ticket because of my mothers cancer treatment that has been extended.

As travel plan changed, I called up cleartrip and then they said I have to pay addl 2500/- for date change. Only then date change can be done. I have tried the so called Cleartrip Tatkal offer (CT50AIR) for more than 5 times to book domestic flight. Though i used to complete the transaction within in a minute, it used to pop a message stating the offer has been sold out.
