Cleartrip — Booked on wrong name

I am Bhagyesh Kapadia.
I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Ahmadabad and rs 1855 was deducted from my bank a/c, then it was automatically cancelled, then again
I booked a ticket through cleartrip from Mumbai to Ahmadabad in go air flight in the name of Sweta Shah, which was accidentally booked on another name, total i lost rs 3710 today so I want a solution to this problem or full refund, my booking ID is:[protected]

ClearTrip — Wrong name booked

Dear team I have booked a flight of air India dated 17Jan 2016 through cleat trip.but they booked on the wrong name for three person out of eleven.and after that they realise their mistake and amended one person and denied for other two.

ClearTrip — Didn't get my cash back on booking

Clear trip advertising says that it will give cash back on making payment through mobivik and I did but now I didn't got any cash back either by clear trip nor by mobivik
