Cleartrip — Cancellation due to curfew in bangalore | |||||
We were supposed to be travelling to Bangalore but due to curfew n dangerous situation we cancelled the bookings and cleartrip firstly said that they cannot refund my money because of non refundable fare but in natural disaster issue there should be some law towards humanity.. I am very much upset with cleartrip service and not at all happy.. We did not cancel the booking purposely we had to do it as we were travelling with our 1 year old kid and we couldn't risk our lives.. So please I want my money refunded as we did not avail any of your services so why shall we loose our hard earned money .. This is pure business of money making you people take advantage of your customer.. You do not have any humanity left.. My trip ID was [protected] and [protected].. I would have cancelled the booking but I want my full refund back as this is the case of man made disaster, curfew and I should get my refund.. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I do not know what was purchased or where it was shipped. There is no photocopy of what was purchased.
