[Resolved] Cleartrip — Fake Customer Care number given online | |||
Hi, I booked flight tickets online through ClearTrip.com. Now I want to change the flight in which I return back to India. When I called the airline they told me that I can do that only through clear trip from which I booked the tickets. Cleartrip.com has provided 2 customer care numbers at website. One number [protected] is not available and no body picks the call in the other number given [protected]. My call is always put on hold and eventually I have to disconnect. Even if I give the call back option, no one calls back. Now How I can change my booking ? I am in a very difficult situation now.
