[Resolved] Cleartrip — flight refund | |||
I have cancelled and at the time of cancellation they did not mention the refund amount and after 1 day they send an email that the refund amount is 0. This is stealing the money . Since, the booking was made on Tiger Airways, which is a low cost carrier, all the tickets are non refundable. An email also has been sent on 03rd Oct'14 from our end informing the same.
However, you may get in touch with them through the below link to cancel the booking at least 48-72 hours prior to flight departure and they shall deduct the cancellation charges and keep the balance refund in a form of a credit shell, which can be used with them within a year from the date of cancellation.
Please note, this can be done only if the airline permits you to do so as per their terms and conditions.
