[Resolved]  Cleartrip — Hotel Booking in Shimla_Clear Trip

i had booked a hotel in shimla with trip id [protected] and it is a confirmed booking from yor side. But when i called the hotel Sukh Sagar Regency on their no [protected], they are denying any availability or booking fromcleartrip or with my name. This is such a shocking incidence as i have already done my payment and i m following up with the customer care for the last 16 hours and they are unable to provide any solution. And more interestingly today also your site is showing availability in that hotel without any confirmation from the hotel.I am going through a very poor experience of your company.
