[Resolved] Cleartrip — Misguidance and incorrect information | |
I booked 2 hotel rooms in Ooty through clear trip. The payment was made and confirmation was made. Just when I was about to reach Ooty I got call from clear trip and I was informed that the booking is not valid as there were no rooms available in the hotel. If the rooms were not available then how the hell Clear Trip booked room for me. The alternate arrangements was not done. The caller from customer care was not ready to send any information in my registered mobile number. He was telling me to check my email. Since, I was in journey I was not able to check my email too. Later on I checked my email only to find nothing. Now, there is no call coming from clear trip. I think my money is gone. If so then I will see to it that Clear Trip is called to court. As I have all the details available with me and I even have the capacity to take out the call details. Was this information helpful? | |
