Dear sir: Refer my above complaint no. wherein still i have to hear from you. some official called me the day i submitted the complaint and i felt the person who spoke suprisingly asking what is the complaint and disconnected the telephone. again he gave a missed call to my mobile no. and i am sorry to ask why you keep good for nothing people in the senior post who cannot give a proper reply and deal with a customer. I am still waiting for three refunds two of which i have already provided details in my above complaint no. on 21/08/2016 another ticket was cancelled and your office has sent a message informing me that an amount of aed924/- refund (trip id[protected]) for which credit has not received so far. I am giving you 3 days time to solve these problem otherwise i have to take up the matter with media and social net works for which i will not be responsible. It is suprising that even lodging a complaint you did not have a courtsey to call or reply me for the complaint or make a refund even if you are claiming that the refund for cancellation will be done in 5-7 days time.
