Myself Akshay B M from Bangalore, have booked a hotel in Ooty for 26th May 2014, Below are the details “CLEARTRIP TRAVEL SERMUMBAI IN 75260824145004324711595 3, 239.00” We got a call from Clear trip Manager([protected]) saying that the room is Not Available and told me that he will refund the amount, but I told him to book another room. So he[Clear trip Manager] booked another room and told me to pay extra amount, as it was out of our budget, we told him to cancel the room and to refund the amount and we cancelled our Ooty trip I am calling him from past 3 weeks and he is simply giving assurance that he will refund the amount, but till now not even a single rupee is credited. Please do the needful ASAP. I request you to take this matter seriously. This is the first time we faced a problem with Cleartrip.
