Cleartrip — Refund of tickets cancellation | |||
Dear sir: I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the following ticket refunds - the related pnr no and name of the passengers are also detailed. 1. ms. aparna ramesh - trip id - [protected]-pnr-odlu4h-kochi-dubai- Travel date[protected] 2. ms. anupama ramesh-trip id-[protected]-pnr-o4pf7l-kochi-dubai [protected] Today i contacted the company help centre in dubai (tel:[protected]) and checked regarding the second ticket refund for which they replied that they have not received any instruction regarding cancellation.in fact i contacted the cleartrip dubai office for concellation and it was told that the request for cancellation can be either lodged with them directly or with spicejet office. so i got it cancelled thru spicejet office. I am very sorry to note that the refunds though promised with 8-10 working days no reminder or confirmation is provided by cleartrip. When enquired about the same today in the dubai office (05.10.2016) the representative said that the refund may take upto 45 days which is contrary to the guidelines given in the refund policy of the company. So please make sure that the credits are passed on the customers in the agreed time limits otherewise it will be a major issue tarnishing your name in the market which any customer can do through social net works.
