Cleartrip — Regarding Hotel Booking Confirmation | |||
Hello Sir, On 14/8/15, I Purchase 3 Room booking in GOA hotel for 3N/4D. Before do payment I called cleartrip support ([protected]) & confirm the availability of Rooms at Tangerine Boutique Resort in Goa. At that time support executive name is Salman and he can 100% assurance that your booking confirm. So, after confirm by ClearTrip executive I do payment for 3 Rooms which is Rs. 17112 (with 3 different Transaction). After 3 days when I called Hotel & check about my Room confirmation, Hotel department said that they have no any reservation with my name.
