Cleartrip — Ticket Not booked

We have booked ticket for July 24 for train ticket from Madurai to Chennai, Panidan Express. The Ticket Fare including all service charges Rs.457 is debited in my account But the ticket is not booked. The transaction details is as per my bank statement is CCABF1WVD219IGV1992285 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE Hence I request you to reimburse the amount to my account Contact id is [protected]@gmail.com

For your failed booking under Trip ID [protected], we have not received the payment. Please refer to the attached screen shot of the payment gateway. We request you to contact your bank for the refund of the amount, if charged as the amount is with your bank. Please write to us at [protected]@cleartrip.com with your bank statement showing the debit in your account for our further investigation.
