Cleartrip — Wrong booking on the cleartrip app - Trip ID [protected]

This is a very weird experience on the app. I have been looking for a bangalore to mumbai trip on the app and the website this afternoon and when I finally booked it, the app booked me a reverse trip from mumbai to bangalore on exactly same dates and times of departure I had to cancel that and book another one and I just lost 3000+ just to cancel it. You can please go ahead and check my activity on website and the app and all I was looking was from Bangalore to Mumbai. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want help on this one.
