[Resolved] Cleartrip.com — hotel not up to the mark and no refund | |||
My name is Maninder Singh. I booked a room for 2 nights in Dharamshala through cleartrip. The room was so untidy and stinky. The sheets and pillows and blanket were stinking and untidy.. bathroom was in very bad condition. The soap they provide was of very low grade. I did not use the soap. The coffee maker they gave me and that too after asking for it was in such a condition that nobody would even like to touch it. how can someone make his coffee in it.? they promise free wifi. It is a big lie. They don't have any provision for it. I took the matter to cleartrip as soon as I entered the room. but they said that I have already checked in so I can't get the refund. I asked them to cancel my nxt nights booking, and they said that partial cancellation can't b done. I left the room nxt day and booked another room through makemytrip which was ok. nvr goin to cleartrip again. I am planning to take this matter to the consumer forum if I did not get my money back.
