[Resolved] Clickedia — Not receiving either refund or product | |||||
I ordered a Women cotton saree (1594 Grey & sky blue) from Amazon, seller: ClickEdia, on 5th December, 2015. Order no:[protected]. The product was delivered on 8th December, the product was faulty. The payment mode was cash on delivery. After the product was delivered, we concluded it as defective & asked the person who delivered the product (Sunil Rawal) to take it back. But he took the money & asked us to update the Amazon about the replacement/refund. We asked for a replacement. The product was picked on 10th December by Amazon. Today, i.e. 19th December, still the Amazon/Clickedia states that they haven't received my product yet. And they are not ready to give either replacement/refund. It has been more than 14 days n still I have to check emails for any update from Amazon/Clickedia. The online shopping seems to be a more hassle work, which should be convenience and satisfaction.
