I purchase a designer 107 Anajali mahtani lehenga choli from closap.in and i got different suit instead of lehenga which i ordered... i want my refund as soon as possible ...

I have already raised the return request 14 days back and till date, I have not received any call back or confirmation from your end.

The product I ordered was totally different from what I have received .not only in terms of color but in pattern as well, i had paid total Rs.1118 and i want my money back. i have sent mail two or three time but all are failed.

They shared wrong contact details with us(emails and contact numbers)

Please send your courier person to collect back the packet and return my amount back.

Very disapointed and wrost service.

I purchased a dress order # R[protected], it is not at all as per described .Quality is too worse.

Am trying to reach to them, no one picking the call .

I purchased a designer Anarkali Suit from closap.in and i got something different anarkali suit and when i am trying to contact them for returns they are not responding and the site was almost invisible for few weeks there was no response to my calls and e-mails Worst site ever I want my refund back or else i woul have no option other than consumer support.
