I have ordered a john cena ten years strong tshirt but a wrong plain tshirt has been delivered.It has been 10 days since i have registered my complain in their customer support site but still there is no response.My order number is 5273879.please help!

after opening packet when I called Customer Care to get it Exchange with Size 8 they gave very embarrassing answer that, there is no such kind of Exchange policy.

that was most unsatisfactory response I got from any Customer Care Executive.

I request you to either help me get exchange that with useful size 8 Sandals or forward this to someone who Care for Customers, and for their feeling as well,

i ordered a rayban light blue gradle color sunglasses with order number 21752275, but its not similar to the product i ordered. please inform me the procedure of cahnging the product.

I had ordered for a men's woollen blazer on 5-Oct-2014, order no: 21943503. The product which was delivered to me was completely different than the one they claimed to deliver. It did not match the description shown in the site. The product had an ugly stitch on one side. Moreover the style of the collar did not match the one of the picture. So I requested for a return. The return request was approved by them by 14-Oct-2014 and they promised me that a pick-up man would come and pick up the product. Their policy says that the money will be refunded immediately or by a maximum time period of 14 days. However, since then I have called them several times in vain. The pick-up person had not yet come. Today is 29-Oct-2014. The money was also not refunded. I had already launched two complaints but they didn't bother to take care of the matter. I have attached the pictures of displayed item and delivered item.

I ordered a 3000mah battery for my android mobile micromax canvas doodle A111 on 28 April 2015 on SHOPCLUES.COM website. Price for the battery is 399/- cash on delivery.
But when I received this product I found that they given me 2100mah battery in place of 3000mah battery.
I talked to the customer care but they didnot give me proper response.
I feeling astonish. They cheated me and many more people. And they currently cheting with all and nobody doing anything.

I have ordered a Kids swimming pool, Order ID 47596415, Product: Intex Swimming Pool 4 Feet . But delivered a low cost different product. Several times called customer care, every time tell that wait for 48Hours and your product will be pick up. Last one month I am waiting.
