Cloudtail India Pvt Ltd — Bajaj led bulb 12 watt stopped working before warranty period

I have purchased (Bajaj led bulb 12 watts) this bulb through amazon (Cloudtail india pvt. Ltd.).
Order id:[protected] dt: 10.02.16.
Invoice no: mh-bom[protected]

This bulb stopped working after 3 months.
This product has 2 yrs. Warranty.

Now i am not able to ask for replacement against warranty as
No contact number and email id available for this supplier.

Pl. Help.
