Hi, I have ordered a product from Clovia website. The payment has been done but there is no update of my order neither on website not through any mail. Below are the order details: Order id: 1618269 Product: 6 pc bra panty and bra strap set Payment Mode: PAYTM Could you please update me on my order as I have paid the entire amount through PAYTM for which the transaction was successful But I cannot see my order on order details page. I ordered a product which i did not like so requested for return which they did not picked up and are not refunding back my amount. Also, they do not reply to email and calls. pathetic service.
