Hi, I write with Utter disgust & displeasure with the continual dissatisfaction with Club Mahindra. Membership no - 2553733 Ienrolled from Zest to CM recently and had to opportunity to enjoy complimentary package with a lot of complaints than memories. Now even without enjoying any holidays from the initial set I received just this week, and paying only the initial EMIs (Amounting to more than Rs.30, 000), I'm being asked to pay the ASF. Without which I'm unable to plan my holidays.This is broad daylight robbery and not the way to run your business. The experience with Zest was good and from the beginning, Club Mahindra has always been a pain in the Butt. Seriously, I'm planning on cancelling my membership and take it thru' the right channel to ensure people don't get robbed. Please arrange a call back in 24 hours or I will walk-in to your office to do the closing formalities.I'm not looking for any sympathy or freebies. Just get a person to call that can talk sense.
