Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that on 04012015 I had booked for Mahabaleshwar sherwood resort between 17042015 to 20042015. I was offered one 2 bedroom unit which would accomadate 6 persons and I would have to bear the expenses for 1 extra mattress. Mr Vishesh Kumar Dubey the executive said he had got the approval and my confirmation voucher was 1760253. I received an SMS on 05012015 confirming my booking . However I am yet to receive an email confirmation as promised by Mr Dubey. I went ahead and booked my air tickets to and from Pune. My email id furnished to him was [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com I was shocked to receive an SMS on 06042015 CANCELLING my booking . I spoke to one of your executive this morning who informs me that I am not eligible for the booking as the higher up at the office have rejected the approval. As this cancellation is causing a loss in my airfare tickets either reconfirm the booking or REFUND THE AIR TICKET FARE PAID BY ME.
