[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of membership - Request for refund. | |||||
Hi, Myself kartheek reddy c, i had taken club mahindra membership on 16 october 2016 as they called me personally to their event which was conducted at jw marriot hotel, bellandur, bangalore. i had opted for 10 year blue studio plan amounting to rs.1, 63, 100/- and i had paid rs.24465. However the information which i have got from the sales representative and the information here is not matching. Because of some personal reasons ans financial issues i want to cancel this membership as this is not the correct time to go for this. this membership may not fit at this point of time and we will think of this in near future. I have not utilized any of the services or offers provided by club mahindra. request to refund the total amount rs.24465 via the same mode of payment, which relationship manager has agreed & committed to total amount will be refund if cancelled during 15 days looking period. below are the details of my membership Member id 2725788 Membership in the name of kartheek reedy c I have been calling the customer care executives from two days, everytime they will tell that branch executives will call shortly, but no one will call. one of the most worst companies i have heard of, they won't even care for customer concerns an problems. They just want the money, once the customer have paid money, then they wont even care about you, how many times you call them or visit office.
