[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation Procedure

I have requested for cancellation for Club Mahindra for over a 8 months since I have moved outside India.They told me the refund amount and when I agreed with the amount and asked them to cancel.They have been delaying for 8 months to refund money.Its delaying such a straight forward transaction.They have stopped replying to emails also.I have all their replies in email and plan to file a police complaint against them.Please refrain from buying it.
