[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Did not get Holiday confirmation though I had booked during telephonic talk on 18/02/2015 | |||
I, Ram D Tarachandani, have memership Id no.1657984 had called Club Mahindra team on 18th Feb for booking a 2 BR room from 11th April to 14th April (checkout on 15th April). First I was told that due to pending AF charges I can not book as required for which i had informed the lady on other side that I have paid SF charges of Rs, 17661/- on 16th Feb through Net banking & got the confirmation receipt of the same through payment reference no.B[protected]. If the same was not reflected in your system then it was not my fault. On giving all the details she confirmed my booking for 11th to 14 April with application per day taxes & extra bed charges. After this I booked my train tickets along with my relatives who were to accompany me after my insistence & assurance of best services from Club Mahindra team.To my surprise I did not get any confirmation voucher till 20th February. Then i checked the availabilty during my required dates and was shocked to see of no availability of room during the period. I again called the Club Mahindra team with my issue to which they reverted me of my bookings from 6th April to 10th April for which i had clearly told the lady that i was cancelling that booking of 6th to 10th April as I was not satisfied the rooms offered to me. After my complaints since then i am only assured of assistance from the same team but never I have got any call or revert of confirmation of my bookings. After my every mail they assure me of trying to help me but there is no help coming. I am totally disappointed of such a type of team who do not care of their members. My planned vacation is ruined now. If this is the service we are going to get then I am sorry to say no one will be interested to get Club Mahindra membership. Same is my condition and I have decided of surrendering my membership to avoid such a bad experience in future also. What is the use of paying a huge amount to such a company. Also I am sure that I will not recommend anyone in future of getting your membership. With really Hard feeling I have written all things as mentioned above. Was this information helpful? | |||

I had a meeting with their executives today on 9/3/15.
I was planning to take their Red or purple membership..
But after watching all complaints and reviews, I got answers to all my queries..
I am dropping up the plan for membership.
I can also feel the inconvenience and discomfort caused to members.
