Hi My name is Asfaq Shaikh and I was invited to one of your branch at surat rajuraj mall, dumps road. One of your employee name Arrun or arpana patel(I don't remember her name excatlt) insulted us. 1st she shows us all pakage and v agreed to take one but v have postpone it after 2 month because of our prior commitments .But she forced us to buy on the spot and pay money and when v said no c started insulting me and my wife and passed sarcastic comments. We have liked your product so much but your staff don't know how to get with customers.You are in service industry and this is starting point with club mahindra and I have complaint.how you except to stay with you for 25 year.
