[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Mis Selling and Cancellation procedure | |||
I received call from Club Mahindra at an odd hour requesting me to allow their representative to visit my place to explain about membership. I was not interested at all but entertained call thinking to just get info on the same. Their sales executive came at my place at 9 pm on my regular working day and was so adamant / persistent in me taking membership that he didnt go till 11 pm. I was told by him that I can cancel my membership later on if I am not comfortable but not once in 2 hours when he was at my place he told me about no refund policy. I paid up more than 26000/-. Later when I called up for cancelling membership around a fortnight later due to personal reasons i was told that there is no refund policy. I asked them that their executive never once told me so and I wasn't given time to go through the terms and conditions. I have sent 5 mails to them. But they haven't replied me once even confirming my cancellation request. Further they have Audacity to present cheques given by me in clearing so that they make some more money out of me. Latest cheque was presented today i.e., on 7 th Nov, 14. This company is behaving like a cheat and not confirming me about cancellation of my membership and not reverting me on my refund status. I am highly pissed off by them and do not know where to go and complaint against them And their ill practices. - Asheesh Was this information helpful? | |||

My membership number is 2587164 and chain of mails with club Mahindra started on 27th Sept'14 for which I haven't receive any reply. Interaction ID is MHRIL=[protected]. I want refund of my RS.26000/-, cancellation of membership & it's confirmation and non presentment of any further ECS debits. Else I would be forced to escalate the matter.

I bought the membership today and did make it a point to ask the sales guy, beforehand, about the refund..which is basically-No refund. Took it never the less. Let's hope the experience and service is as polished as presented. :|
