[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Need Bali/ Singapore Trip Help & Complaint Against Kamlesh Dubey

Dear Yogesh, As discussed, sending a list of complaints against Kamlesh Dubey & requesting you to help me with Bali/ Singapore trip which I want to gift to my brother on his wedding, which I am not able to plan because of confusion made by Kamlesh Dubey (saying we will gate 7 nights from Club Mahindra & 7 nights from RCI). Still I have Complimentary 7 RCI Nights. Let me know if I can gift them to my brother for Bali/ Singapore. Complaints: 1.While selling the membership to us, Kamlesh Dubey he said we should go for White membership even when we were ready to go for Red Membership. a. Now because of White membership we got 6500 cashback, 5 nights at club mahindra, 7 RCI Nights, Rs. 5000 food voucher. In Red membership we would have got 13500 cashback, 7 nights for RCI, 7 nights at Club Mahindra, Rs. 7000 food voucher. So this is our loss. b. He said if we will pay 3 EMIs we can plan our Lonawala trip immediately. So we paid 3 EMIs so we can take my mother in law (who is a lungs patient & can’t travel more than 2 hours) to Lonawala. At the booking time we were not able to get the booking because we were not the eligible in first 9 months. At that moment also Kamlesh Dubey did not helped us. And as a family we were not able to plan any other trip without my mother in law (This fake commitment made a huge family issue which spoils mood and relations). At the same time he didn't help us saying we can plan same holiday with RCI membership with other Lonawala resorts. He never said that in the first 9 months we won’t be eligible for Lonavla resort. c. Finally we planed our Goa trip in July. We upgraded our membership white (old cost: 3.32 Lacs, New: 3.37 Lacs) to red(Old: 4.99 Lacs, New: 5.07 Lacs). At that moments we paid 15% cost difference of white to red membership upgrade which is Rs. 25500 (not Sure) and 12 month EMI plan Monthly Rs. 12325. Bottom of the line is we are paying Rs. 8000 more than the old cost + will need to pay the difference in 12 months. So every month I am paying 8468 (4 year EMI old plan) + 12325 (New 12 month EMI plan) = Rs. 20793 to club mahindra just because of Kamlesh Dubey. 2. As Mentioned by Kamlesh Dubey, my husband Omkar Mahimkar is a co-applicant of this membership so he also can book the holidays & get the card. Till date we haven't received the membership card for Omkar. When we asked this to Rohit Vetal (Club Mahindra Sales person) he asked us to provide an application for the membership card. So we provided an application and fees to him. Next day I got a call saying Omkar Mahimkar is not yet a member and they are adding him as member! 3. False commitments a. We will get 7 Club Mahindra holidays & 7 Days RCI holidays every year b. He will help us for booking any time (He doesn't even receive our calls) c. He will give 2 more holidays from his own pocket (which we can get from our membership), he never gave it to us. For that, one of the Varca Goa resort's sales person called him and he (Kamlesh Dubey) said he will share it in 2 days & contact us, he never did that. 4. He never mentioned these points a. We will need to exchange club mahindra days to RCI for international trips. b. This exchange requires money. Different costs according to Indian, Asian or International location. c. All 7 Nights we will have to spend in single resort or if we will use even 2 RCI days. Because of this I am not able to gift my holidays to my brother as his wedding gift which I have already committed to my brother :( Since 9 months we are a member of Club Mahindra (Practically our membership hasn’t even not even started) and the overall experience is so much disappointing and surprising with unexpected terms and conditions which were never shared by the sales guy, Kamlesh Dubey. Even backing out from Club Mahindra is not an option now, because in that case we won’t get any money back. Waiting for your call and I hope you will give us solution.

Above mail was sent to Mr Yogesh N. Waugh (Venue Manager) on Sep 23, 2015. Still I am not getting any response from him. Whenever I am trying to call him, to help me in this situation, He just sends me messages saying he will get back to me as soon as possible and till the date he has not called me, nether replied on this mail.

It seems like Club Mahindra representatives are cheating over and over.
