[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, During 1st of September i had requested member relation team to confirm RCI that direct dependent will be travelling to a resort booked through RCI. Next day i received confirmation from club mahindra, immediately i booked the air tickets and the holiday with RCI. On 6th September from nowhere i get a mail from club mahindra stating that my request has been rejected. I cancelled my air-ticket. Lost the entire flight amount of Rs 30, 000 as there was no refund and also lost RCI 1 week holiday. After initial complaints every time a different customer executive used to call and every single time i had to explain my issue to them. All of them which includes Ms Sakina, Ms Somya, Ms Sapna.E, Ms Nandita, Mr Rajesh, Mr Vishnu and Mr Bala use to tell me GIVE US DAYS WE WILL SORT OUT YOUR ISSUE' This went on for more than a month out of these Mr Vishnu was lecturing me on difference between "WE WILL AND WE CAN" AS IF I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH LAUNGUAGE. MS SAPNA WANTED THE EXACT DATE AND EVEN TIME OF MY BOOKINGS. DEAR SAPNA- WHEN YOU CALL FROM YOUR DEDICATED NUMBER CALLS ARE RECORDED ALONG WITH DATE AND TIME WE DONT HAVE THAT FACILITY TO CHECK THE EXACT DATE AND TIME ABOUT OUR BOOKING FOR THE LOSS OF RS30000 AND 1 WEEK OF RCI HOLIDAYS THEY ARE COMPENSATING ONLY 4 NIGHTS WHICH I AM NOT READY TO ACCEPT. I WANT COMPENSATION OF EQUIVALENT DAMAGE. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS?? HOPE THIS REACHES TO RIGHT EYES. REGARDS, SHRITAM Was this information helpful? | |||
