[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Unfair restriction on accompanying members. | |
I joined as a White Studio member in 2012. After my first vacation in Coorg, I was requested by the member relations officer to upgrade to red studio membership. I always travel with my whole family consisting of 10 persons. In order to enjoy my vacations during season time with my family I agreed to pay close to 2 lakh Indian Rupees to become a red studio member.
But once the EMI is paid up I recently found a new term restricting the accompanying members to 4. Effectively there is no gain for me after spending 2 Lakh additional amount. I was totally taken for a ride.
I have requested Club Mahindra to allow the red studio members to allow more accompanying members as promised during the upgradation process or I want the up gradation cancelled and the money refunded.
