Dear Sir /Madam, I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause Part C, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim FULL REFUND of the down payment Rs. 26, 200/- under above mentioned clause. My member ID 2573442 is already generated and I request you to cancel this ID. Already mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com on 16 june 2014 for cancellation & refund of membership & Rs 26200/- respectively. Also register my complaint to customer care (Interaction no. : 6821850). Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority and provide me the refund at the earliest.
