To Club mahindra Sir/madam, At hotel regency in aizawl, mizoram on dt. 30/7/2016, club mahindra representatives have received inr 32160/- (15000 +10000+ 7160) from me. But due to certain personal reasons regretfully we are not keen to take club mahindra membership. Therefore you are requested to please refund the above amount to me.
