[Resolved] Club Mahindra — Unauthorized EMI deduction | |||
I had cancelled my club mahindra membership a year ago. Later in Oct-Nov 2013 the club mahindra pune branch send mr. shailendra to meet us to retain the membership. He talks really sweet and fools customers by asking for a acknowledgement saying we would like to retain the membership. After few days a emi hits your account and Club Mahindra without intimation and permission access my bank account details and hits a emi without my permission. I am asking for refund from past 3 months and have got no reply from any personnel or branch. I have more than 12 email complain numbers and have really frustrated by this Club Mahindra. Feels like slapping that Mr. Mahindra of Club Mahindra who takes away money from my account without my permission. "Frauds and False commitments" Was this information helpful? | |||
